Open Positions
Behavior Health Technician (BHT)
Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children under the supervision of a BCBA. Implement behavior intervention plans, collect data, and support skill acquisition in home, school, and community settings.
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
-
Experience working with children with developmental disabilities
-
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations
-
Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Deliver evidence-based ABA therapy as a credentialed RBT. Work closely with supervising BCBAs to implement individualized treatment plans and track client progress toward meaningful goals.
Qualifications:

Current RBT certification through the BACB

Experience providing direct ABA services
-
Strong data collection and documentation skills
-
Commitment to ethical, compassionate care
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Lead clinical programming, conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise BHTs and RBTs. Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to drive meaningful outcomes.
Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification in good standing

Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field

Experience supervising and training direct-care staff

Strong clinical, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS)
Provide behavior analytic services under state licensure. Conduct functional behavior assessments, design and oversee behavior support plans, and work collaboratively with families and school teams.
Qualifications:

Active LBS licensure in your state

Experience in applied behavior analysis or behavioral health

Ability to manage a caseload and meet documentation requirements
